For all my life, music, dance, and singing have always been important to me. They have helped me connect with my emotions and express my thoughts and feelings. Music has provided comfort and helped me become more aware of myself and my surroundings.

It has also helped me to celebrate and enjoy life. I am grateful for the different types of music I can access, such as Indian classical music, which has made me feel more spiritual and given me hope and strength. With its beautiful poetry, Hindi music has given me a language to describe human thoughts and emotions.

Everyone should take the time to listen to music, dance, and sing. It’s a powerful way to release stress, process emotions and rejuvenate. When you’re at home, turn up the volume, create a dance floor, and sing as loudly as possible.
