The constant distractions and sedentary lifestyle have caused us to lose touch with our roots.As a result, we often experience physical discomfort and ailments due to lack of movement and stress. We spend most of our time looking down at our smart devices instead of looking up at the sky, and we sit for long periods instead of walking or running.This has disrupted our natural flow of breath and energy. To restore our connection with nature, we must bring awareness to how we move and prioritize movementWe must slow down and stretch as we transition from sitting to standing or after sitting for extended periods.
